2.4 Responses from science The background of twenty respondents (37%) was science. Most of them (14) had a base in more than one field of application (2 was maximum), with an average of 1,7 per respondent. Performance measurement and sporting equipment were mentioned as fields of expertise by thirty percent of the twenty scientific experts. Physiology and biomechanics were both mentioned by five experts.
